We want to thank you for all you have done throughout the enormous undertaking of building our addition and renovating the first floor of our home. From the very beginning of the process, you and your team have been patient, honest, hard-working, and informative. Among the many decisions we made during the process, choosing John Caruso Builders was the best and most important one we made.
There were countless times that you went over and beyond what is expected of a builder to make our project go smooth as possible. You made important enhancements to our architect's plans, and added your own touch to many things and were always available to explain various options or discuss anything on the project at any time of day. You also provided invaluable advice to the numerous decisions we needed to make on purchases such as appliances, countertops, cabinets, fixtures, etc. You also made many recommendations for outside contractors for things like paving, fencing, irrigation, painting, and landscaping that all worked out well for us. And in order to best finish the job, you spent many hours re-grading and clearing our yard which was not even in our contract.
You and your crew also made sure we had a clean and safe home to live in during construction as we decided to live in the house throughout the project.

In addition, we were very impressed with the overall professionalism of yourself and your team. The job was completed within the time frame promised (very expediently) with a minimum amount of disruption to our family. You did excellent job of coordinating all the necessary inspections, electricians, and sheetrock specialists who were all very courteous, professional, and skilled in their jobs. Each night, the area was left clean and accessible for us to view the progress!

We appreciated the fact that you always expressed a true interest in the final result of our project. We had no idea what a long and sometimes difficult process renovating a kitchen could be, but I aways had confidence that you had the knowledge and experience to get all work done as promised.

They were always very courteous, professional, and helpful. The construction process went smoothly, efficiently, and according to schedule. We were never faced with long lapses between phases of construction. You definitely lived up to your end of the bargain in a very timely fashion. We did not have to wait a long time between signing the contract and the beginning of construction, and once the process began it proceeded at a very satisfying and efficient pace.
The fact that you lived up to your end of the bargain in terms of dollars and time is worthy of compliment in and of itself. During the process of construction some unforeseen challenges arose. It is the way you handled those extras and challenges that we feel sets you and your company above and beyond the others. The customer friendly and accommodating attitude and demeanor of everyone who works for your company is truly praiseworthy.
People who have nightmare experiences are quick to publicize their tortured experience, but you seldom hear the positive. If the plane lands safely it is not news. Therefore, we felt it was important to say thank you and to let other potential customers hear about our positive experience.
